How about finding time to take care of your body and mind in your busy daily life? There are times of well-being through art that you can participate in as a group or individually. You can stop by once a week just to enjoy some creative time, or 6-7 times a week for more varied and focused self-care and creativity-inducing moments. When you are healthy, the people around you and society will be healthier as well.
OSP is a type of art meditation. In this process accompanied by deep breathing, take the time to gently and joyfully meet yourself and your creativity through the five elements of intention, art making, witness writing, reading (optional), and chatting. This process is a self-directed creative art production process that is completely free from any comments such as praise, opinion, criticism, etc. and is not subject to interpretation or analysis.
* Intention: Write down what you want.
* Art production: Create with a variety of but simple art materials guided by intuition and creativity.
* Witness writing: Write what freely comes to mind about the work you produced and its process.
* Read: Optional. Participants have complete free will to choose to read or not to read.
* Chat: You can have a simple chat.

Tuesday 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM (2 hours and 30 minutes)
The health of your mind and body are interconnected. This class includes the use of oil pastels and basic art materials, art work, writing, breathing, and body movement, helping you maintain a balance between your body and mind while fostering creativity. You will have time to balance yourself by attending classes regularly without any special topics.
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at OSP Korea attempt to coordinate breathing, physical movement, artmaking, writing, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind while improving their creativity.
Currently only online classes are being held.
